What does ad-hoc website support cost?
Our ad-hoc website support rates are £35 per hour, plus VAT, and we'll quote you in advance, so there are no big surprises.
We have a minimum charge of one hour, but charge by the minute after that. If your website support request only takes ten minutes, we'll try and find other changes, such as performing plugin updates to use the full hour where possible.
We invoice on 30-day terms and accept bank transfers, direct debit or debit/credit cards.

* Sites with high traffic may require a dedicated server, we will work with you to tailor a hosting plan if your site requires dedicated resources.
** Major version releases may require new themes/templates and a full rebuild which is not included in monthly maintenance.
** Plugins and extensions requiring a license for updates will be charged additionally to the monthly fee.
