Property website with feed from CFP Premise / Vebra software

We love a challenge here at Simply Website Support and certainly got one when a local property lettings agency, Curchods Residential Lettings, asked us to help them refresh their website and incorporate a feed from their property management system, CFP Premise / Vebra.

Curchods Residential Lettings use a system called Premise, made by CFP Software, a former division of Vebra, which is used by thousands of lettings and estate agents all round the country to input the properties they have available. Larger websites such as Rightmove can then link into CFP / Vebra and put the properties on their website. Curchods Residential Lettings not only wanted their properties on Rightmove, but also on their own website showing as much of the property data as possible. 

The propery lettings website has been built using the Joomla Content Management System, it has a property management system included that allows us to display the property feed from CFP Premise / Vebra , so the team at Curchods Residential Lettings only have to make changes in CFP Premise / Vebra and their website will update with the very same data automatically.

And not only do they have the integrated property feed, the website includes a newsletter system for landlords to sign up to and of course as its built using Joomla they can update any of the content whenever they need to. The system works really well for lettings agents but would work equally as well for estate agents and any other property management company looking for a website to integrate with Vebra / CFP Premise.
