* Sites with high traffic may require a dedicated server, we will work with you to tailor a hosting plan if your site requires dedicated resources.
** Major version releases may require new themes/templates and a full rebuild which is not included in monthly maintenance.
*** Plugins and extensions requiring a license for updates will be charged additionally to the monthly fee.
**** Our SEO and Site audit reports give guidance on improvements you could make to your site and where you are in the search rankings for your keywords. Please note, this is not an SEO service, the reports are there to give guidance and any work to make improvements to your site will incur additional costs, or we will recommend you take an SEO package.

We host sites on our UK-based servers, which we monitor 24/7. We use the latest Litespeed technology to utilise the best server performance, along with fantastic security software, including multiple firewalls and malware and virus scanning.

If required, you or your IT team can have full control panel (Cpanel) access so you can access your files, email accounts and backups whenever needed.

If you would like more information on our managed website hosting services, we also offer this as a separate service if you don’t require a full website maintenance package.

Problems happen. It's impossible to stop hackers, hardware failures or simple human error.

To protect against this, it's essential to have regular backups of your site, with our maintenance packages your website is backed up every day to remote storage, so even if your site is completely corrupted we can still restore it.

An SSL certificate is included as standard if you include our hosting services. SSL certificates have become essential for all websites.

We offer free Let's Encrypt, or Sertigo paid certificates.

No one knows when something might go wrong, or a temporary issue can cause outages.

That's why our plans all include 24/7 monitoring. We're alerted as soon as a site goes down and can react and help to fix problems as soon as possible, without you needing to contact us.

Our maintenance plans are designed for WordPress websites.

WordPress requires frequent updates to ensure security. All of our packages include this by default, it's essential in helping to keep a website secure.

Our system runs regular audits of all files on your website, checking for known hacks and malware. If any are found, we'll be straight on it to remove them.

And our security firewalls monitor in real-time meaning any active threats on the network are automatically applied to your site to stop them happening before an attack can reach your site. 

A Content Delivery Network (CDN) stores some of your website's files on servers worldwide. If someone from the USA visits your site, they will be served with files from the US server, meaning it will be faster to display your site.

A CDN can be a great way to help improve page speed scores on Google and is available if you use our hosting platform and have the Pro or Dedicated plans. Please note we may have to take over control of your domain name servers for this to work.

Our performance monitoring tool constantly checks your site to see if it suddenly slows down. If it does, we're alerted and can identify potential issues and help to resolve them as quickly as possible.

If you're on our Pro or Dedicated plans we also monitor your Google Pagespeed score and when time is available on your plan will work to improve it as much as possible.

This option provides time each month for us to help update your site. Whether it be simple web design changes, adding blog posts, changing existing web page content, image editing or fixing problems.

If you need more time than the amount that comes with your plan we charge by the minute at a reduced hourly rate.

Each month you'll receive a report, in PDF format, showing you the updates we've performed, backups completed, threats blocked and with suitable access Google Analytics visitor information so you can see at a glance how your site is performing.
